摘 要:目的:分析遂宁市中心医院抗病原微生物药致不良反应(ADR)的发生规律及特点,推动临床合理用药。方法:对我院2008年1月—2010年1月上报的113例抗病原微生物药引起的不良反应报告进行统计分析。结果:在>60岁年龄段发生的ADR构成比高(51例,占54.13%);导致ADR的10种抗病原微生物药中β-内酰胺类发生率最高,其中,头孢菌素类及青霉素类药物构成比较高,分别为31.86%和28.32%;ADR的临床表现主要以皮肤及附件损害(56例,49.56%)、消化系统损害(13例,11.51%)多见。结论:建议在临床应用中加强抗病原微生物药ADR监测,最大限度地减少ADR的发生,促进临床合理用药。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the regular pattern and features of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) induced by anti-microbial drugs in our hospital so as to improve rational clinical drug use.METHODS:A total of 113 ADR cases reported by our hospital from Jan.2008 to Jan.2010 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Of the total 113 ADR cases reported,51 cases(54.13%) were elder patients aged over 60 years old.Of the 10 anti-microbial drugs that induced ADRs,leading the list were β-lactams in terms of ADR incidence,followed by cephalosporins(31.86%) and penicillins(28.32%).The ADR manifested predominantly as lesions of skin and its appendage in 56 cases(49.56%),followed by lesions of digestive system in 13 cases(11.51%).CONCLUSION:It is advisable to tighten ADR monitoring of anti-microbial drugs to minimize ADR incidence to an utmost and promote clinical rational drug use.
