摘　　要：目的:促进合理用药,提高医疗质量。方法:收集、整理我院2007—2008年1581例门诊药物咨询资料进行比较分析。结果:药物咨询对象以患者为主,咨询药物以抗生素为主,咨询内容以用法用量、不良反应、药理作用为主。结论:药物咨询对促进合理用药和减少药品不良反应的发生具有积极的现实意义。OBJECTIVE： To promote rational drug use and improve medical quality. METHODS： The drug consultation data of 1 581 cases collected in the outpatient department of our hospital between 2007 and 2008 were subjected to analysis. RESULTS： Patients were the major clients in drug consultation; antimicrobials were the major medicine consulted; and major problems consulted were about dosage, adverse drug reaetions （ADR） and pharmacologic action. CONCLUSION ： Drug consultation is of positive practical significance in promoting rational drug use and reducing the incidence of ADR.
