摘 要:在常压、400~1 200℃温度下测定了天津市典型城市垃圾在热天平及小型气化反应装置上的热解与气化反应动力学参数.采用热天平进行了热解处理,得出了垃圾热解的动力学参数,其活化能为15 061 J/mol,指前因子为15.237 h-1.以水蒸气和二氧化碳为气化剂,对经过热解处理的垃圾焦进行气化反应,测得垃圾焦气化的动力学参数,垃圾焦与二氧化碳气化反应的活化能为188 838 J/mol,指前因子为9.032×107 h-1;与水蒸气反应的活化能为81 797 J/mol,指前因子为1.229×103 h-1;并对测得参数进行了初步评估.确定的动力学参数可为实际垃圾热解气化反应装置的设计、建造与运行提供依据.The kinetic parameters of pyrolysis and gasification reaction of typical Tianjin municipal solid waste(MSW)in the thermal balance and a small gasification unit were determined at atmospheric pressure and temperature of 400—1.200.℃.The thermal pyrolysis reaction was carried out in the thermal balance and the pyrolysis kinetic parameters of MSW were obtained,including activation energy of 15.061 J/mol and preexponential factor of 15.237.h-1.The gasification reaction of coke derived from pyrolysis of MSW with H2O and CO2 as reactant was con-ducted,of which the kinetic parameters were obtained,including activation energy of 188 838 J/mol and pre-exponential factor of 9.032×10^7 h^-1 in gasification reaction with CO2,and activation energy of 81 797.J/mol and preexponential factor of 1.229×10^3·h^-1 in gasification reaction with H2O.In addition,preliminary evaluation of the kinetic parameters obtained was conducted.The kinetic parameters determined can provide technical support for the design,construction and operation of practical pyrolysis and gasification reactor of MSW.
