垂体后叶素与催产素用于腹腔镜下输卵管间质部妊娠术中止血效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨垂体后叶素与催产素在腹腔镜下输卵管间质部妊娠术中的止血效果。方法:诊断为输卵管间质部妊娠患者40例,垂体后叶素用于腹腔镜下输卵管间质部妊娠术20例(A组),催产素用于腹腔镜下输卵管间质部妊娠术20例(B组),观察出血量、手术时间。结果:A组平均出血量为18.78 mL,B组为70.92 mL;A组平均手术时间为30.07 min,B组为62.82 min,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。手术病理均为输卵管间质部妊娠,血-βHCG两组均4周内降至正常。无1例并发症发生。结论:垂体后叶素用于腹腔镜下输卵管间质部妊娠术可明显减少出血量,缩短手术时间,是一种安全、有效的止血方法。Objective： To discuss the hemostasis effect of pituitrin and oxytocin in the resection of interstitial pregnancy under laparoscopy.Methods： Out of 40 cases with confirmed interstitial pregnancy,there were 20 cases treated by pituitrin（group A）,and 20 cases by oxytocin（group B）.The operative time,the bleeding volume during the operation were observed.Results： The bleeding volume during operation was 18.78 mL in group A,and 70.92 mL in group B.The operative time was 30.07 min in group A,and 62.82 min in group B.There was significant differences in these indexes between two groups（P0.01）.Pathological test confirmed interstitial pregnancy.The level of β-HCG in blood declined into normal in 4 weeks,and no complication occurred.Conclusions： Pituitrin can obviously decrease the bleeding volume,shorten the operative time in the resection of interstitial pregnancy under laparoscopy.It＇s safe and effective.
