液体敷料和聚氨酯凝胶垫在手术患者压疮预防中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察液体敷料和聚氨酯凝胶垫在手术患者压疮预防中的应用。方法:将120例外科手术患者随机分为空白组(不干预)28例、液体敷料组(赛肤润)24例、聚氨酯凝胶组(OKL体位垫)37例和液体敷料加聚氨酯凝胶组(赛肤润+OKL体位垫)31例,比较4组患者的一般状况(年龄、体重、手术时间等)及支撑点皮肤受压状态(包括皮肤压痕、红斑、破损等不良反应)。结果:4组患者在年龄、体重、手术时间等方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。液体敷料组、聚氨酯凝胶组和液体敷料加聚氨酯凝胶组均能有效减少患者皮肤的损害(P<0.01或P<0.05)。液体敷料加聚氨酯凝胶组无症状患者少于液体敷料组、聚氨酯凝胶组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:液体敷料加聚氨酯凝胶能够有效减少因压力、摩擦力、剪切力、潮湿而致的手术压疮,并优于单纯使用液体敷料组或聚氨酯凝胶,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of liquid dressing and polyurethane gelatum pads in the prevention of bedsore.Methods： A total of 120 patients that underwent operations were randomly divided into 4 groups： control group（28 cases）,liquid dressing group（24 cases）,polyurethane gelatum pads group（37 cases）,liquid dressing and polyurethane gelatum pads group（31 cases）.The patients′ general status including age,weight,length of the operation time,and skin lesions like pressure marks,red spots,breakage were observed and compared.Results： There was no significant difference of general status among the four groups（P all0.05）.Skin lesions in the rest three groups were all less than that in the control group（P0.01 or P0.05）.More patients in the liquid dressing and polyurethane gelatum pads group recovered without showing any skin lesions than that in the rest groups（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusions： When used together,liquid dressing and polyurethane gelatum pads can prevent bedsore more efficiently than liquid dressing or polyurethane gelatum pads alone for patients that underwent operations.
