巨噬细胞集落刺激因子与妊娠期高血压疾病相关性的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的:初步探讨巨噬细胞集落刺激因子与妊娠期高血压疾病的相关性及其临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定50例妊娠期高血压疾病患者及20例(对照组)正常妊娠者血清中的巨噬细胞集落刺激因子浓度。结果:①妊娠期高血压疾病组血清M-CSF水平高于正常妊娠对照组,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。②妊娠期高血压疾病组中轻、重度子痫前期及子痫期患者血清中M-CSF水平随着疾病程度加重而增高。③妊娠期高血压疾病组及正常妊娠组患者血清M-CSF水平分娩前均大于分娩后的水平,差异有统计学意义。结论:妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清中的M-CSF浓度明显高于正常妊娠者,其浓度与妊娠期高血压疾病的病理变化相一致。由此推测,M-CSF在妊娠期高血压疾病的发生发展中有重要作用。Objective：To explore the correlation between macrophage colony stimulating factor and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy（HDCP） and its clinical significance.Methods：The concentrations of macrophage colony stimulating factor（M-CSF） in serum of 50 cases with HDCP（HDCP group） and 20 normal pregnant women（control group） were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results：The serum level of M-CSF in HDCP group was significantly higher than that in control group;the serum levels of M-CSF in mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia of HDCP group and cases with eclampsia increased with severity of the disease;the serum levels of M-CSF before delivery were significantly higher than those after delivery in the two groups.Conclusion：The serum level of M-CSF in HDCP group is significantly higher than that in control group,and the concentration is in accord with the pathological changes of HDCP;M-CSF plays an important role in occurrence and development of HDCP.
