摘 要:目的:对黄芩水煎液进行血清药物化学的初步研究,寻找黄芩给药后的入血成分。方法:通过HPLC图分析比较空白血清,含药血清和水煎液的成分异同,确定灌服黄芩后大鼠血中移行成分。结果:多次重复后,确定了处理血清的方法。黄芩给药后血中出现了15个移行成分,且有12个成分与水煎液的HPLC图在相同保留时间出峰,光谱类似,其他成分可能为代谢产物。结论:血中移行成分及代谢产物为黄芩的体内作用基础,对其进行深入的研究将为进行黄芩活性成分的进一步研究奠定基础。Objective: The study was based on the theory of blood serum chemical pharmacy,which was in order to declare the components absorbed in the blood serum of rats that were given decoction of Radix Scutellariae.Methods: High Performance Liquid Chromatographic analysis method had been used to compare the differences in chromatograms,they were the decoction of Radix Scutellariae and the blood serum with the presence and absence of decoction of Radix Scutellariae given to rats.Results:The disposal method of the blood serum had been set up after multiplication.Twelve out of thirteen components in the blood serum performed the same as those in the decoction,with the same resertative time and absorbance optical spectrum,the other component mightbe the metabolite.Conclusions:The differently performed components in the blood serum and the metabolite had the activity to effect the body,and they are the principal components in Radix Scutellariae.This study was just a base for the further research of the active components of Radix Scutellariae.
