摘　　要：国医大师王绵之教授在临床治疗各种疑难杂症中积累了丰富的经验。对王老治疗便秘的经验加以整理,阐发其临床辨证的精要,总结其遣药组方的规律,为广大中医工作者更好地运用王老经验提供借鉴。The Chinese Medicine Master Professor Wangmianzhi has accumulate plenty experience in treating many intractable disease and syndrome.This article focused on the experience of Professor Wang on constipation,elucidating the essence of its principle of syndrome differentiation,summarizing his rules on composing the formula and herb combination,providing the Chinese Medicine practitioners a practical approach to applying Professor Wang＇s experience.
