摘　　要：农民的制度化政治参与在发展社会主义民主政治中具有重要的地位和作用。我国农民的制度化政治参与既受现实农村经济发展水平的制约,也受传统政治文化、农民自身素质的影响,同时还受现有政治参与制度缺陷的困扰。要发展社会主义民主政治,就必须针对我国农民制度化政治参与中存在的制约因素,深入探讨完善农民的制度化政治参与的途径。Farmers＇ systemizing political participation has an important position and role in the development of socialist democratic politics.Chinese farmers＇ systemizing political participation are both constrained by reality of rural econemic development and affected by the traditional political culture and the farmers＇ own quality,and also obsessed by current systematic troubles of political participation.To develop socialist democratic politics,we must aim at the existing constraints about Chinese farmers＇ systemizing political participation,improve deeply the means which perfect farmers＇ systemizing political participation.
