摘　　要：主动适应媒体时代对新闻发言人的责任要求,明确党委新闻发言人的具体职责,建立和完善党委新闻发言人的工作问责机制,提高党委新闻发言人的履责能力,一方面满足广大党员和社会公众对党的工作知情和监督的客观需要,另一方面也是提高党委新闻发布水平和传播效果,进而赢得舆论主动权和主导权的内在诉求。Taking initiative to adapt media time＇s request to the news spokesperson＇s responsibility,clearing the party committee news spokesperson＇s concrete responsibility,establishing and consummating the party committee news spokesperson＇s work accountability mechanism,raising the party committee news spokesperson＇s ability of doing their duties,so as to on the one hand satisfies the objective need of the general party members and the social public knowing the circumstances of the matter to party＇s work with surveillance,on the other hand is also intrinsic demand of raising the party committee news issue level and the dissemination effect,and thus wining media initiative.
