摘  要:针对石钢60 t LD-LF-VD-CC生产工艺,通过开发高碳低氧出钢、控制LD出钢下渣量、LF到位白渣技术、轴承钢专用精炼造渣工艺、分阶段吹氩工艺、优化连铸工艺等系统控制技术,使GCr15轴承钢平均全氧含量(T[O])明显降低,平均T[O]从原工艺的9.6×10^(-6)降低到6.34×10^(-6),T[O]≤7×10^(-6)的炉数占到总炉数的82.8%,工艺改进效果显著。According to the 60 t LD-LF-VD-CC production process at Shijiazhuang steel, the average total oxygen content (T[ O]) in bearing steel GCr15 decreases obviously by improving a series of process control technology such as tapping at condition of high carbon and low oxygen content in steel, controlling LD tapping slag amount, white slag technology at LF refining station, applying special slagging process for bearing steel, changing argon blowing rate at different refining period and optimizing casting process, the average T[ O] decreases from original 9.6 ×10^-6 to 6. 34×10^-6 and the heats with T[ O]≤7×10^-6 account for 82. 8% of the total mehing heats to get marked eftect by improved process.
