摘　　要：简要介绍了丽江市冬早马铃薯生产情况,提出了选用优良品种,推广脱毒种薯;选择适宜田块,精细整地;进行种薯催芽和切块;合理密植,科学施肥;及时防治病虫害;水分调控;预防冻害;适时收获等具体措施。The production situation of winter-planting potatoes in Lijiang was briefly described in the paper,and the eight practical measures were put forward for the current problems of winer-planting potatoes.The measures included the following：selecting the excellent variety of potatoes to plant and popularizing virus-free potato;choosing the suitable field and intensively cultivating it;soaking potato seeds to hasten the germination and cutting them into cubes;rationally close-planting and fertilizering scientifically;timely preventing and wiping out plant diseases and insect pests;implementing water micro -collecting ;preventing the cold injury and harvesting in good time.
