断奶应激对仔猪血清抗氧化功能指标的影响

摘　　要：随机选取体重相近的12头断奶仔猪,分别采取仔猪断奶时,断奶后第七天、第十四天和第二十八天的血液进行抗氧化功能指标的测定。结果发现:断奶应激对仔猪血清SOD的活性影响不大,而血清GSH-Px活性第七天和第十四天的极显著低于断奶时的和第二十八天的(P<0.01)。第七天的MDA含量高于断奶时、断奶后第十四天和第二十八天的差异显著(P<0.05)。12 weight similar weaned piglets were respectly taken blood simply at weaning,Tth day , 14th day and 28th day in order to determinate blood antioxidant function indexes .The results is as follows：There was no effect of weaned stress on surme SOl3 activity, but GSH-Px activities of 7th and 14th day were extreme significantly lower than that of at weaning and 28th （P〈0.01）.Surme MDA content of 7th day was significantly higher than that of at weaning,14th and 21 th day（P〈0.05）.
