摘　　要：通过介绍当前主流的网络内容过滤技术,分析各自的优势和存在的不足,从应用的前景出发提出基于网络分级标签的系统解决方案。根据PICS标准,采用JAVA为应用程序开发工具,SQL Server为数据库后台,构建一套方便操作的标签生成系统,完成分级标签的生成、添加、存储,实现简化网络内容提供商和网络监管机构的工作。Based on introducing current mainstream web content filtering technologies and the analysis of the predominance and the weaknesses of them,and proceeding from the perspective of application,in this paper we presented a systemic solution based on networks classification labels.Following this solution we have developed a set of label generation system which is compliant to PICS standard and programmed in JAVA and using SQL Server as Database server,the system is easy to run,and can realise labels generation,insertion and storage,which simplifies the tasks of networks information content providers and network monitoring authorities.
