摘　　要：分析了1985年我国实施专利制度以来我国高校专利申请、授权情况,指出高校专利工作由弱到强,逐步发展;发明专利的申请、授权已经成为高校专利工作重点.分析了高校有效专利情况,并和国内有效专利进行了比较,认为高校发明专利保护工作已成为高校专利保护、维持之重点;分析了高校专利转化状况,提出了高校专利技术转化概念,高校专利传统意义的许可、转让只是高校专利技术转化的一部分,高校专利技术转化是高校科技创新的主要组成,是一项系统化、社会化工程.It analyzes the patent application and authorization in higher institutions since 1985, and points out the change of the patent work from weak to strong and its development. Invention patent application and authorization have become the key part of patent work in higher institution. It also analyzes the situation of effective patents in higher institution and compares it with the whole country. Protection of invention patent has become the most important part of patent protection and maintenance in higher institution. It further analyzes the situation of patent transformation, puts forward the conception of patent technology transformation in higher institution, including traditional patent licensing and transfer. Patent technology transformation, a systematic and socialized project, is the main part of technology innovation in higher institution.
