留置不同管径引流管治疗自发性气胸179例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨3种不同管径引流管治疗自发性气胸的疗效。方法:回顾性分析留置不同管径引流管治疗自发性气胸179例的临床资料。结果:大、中、小管径组的置管有效率分别为91.8%、88.8%、61.0%。大管径组的置管并发症发生率明显高于中、小管径组,中管径组高于小管径组(P<0.001);但小管径组的二次置管率高于大、中管径组(P<0.05)。结论:留置3种不同管径引流管治疗自发性气胸各有优缺点;就疗效而言,大、中管径优于小管径;但小管径的置管并发症发生率明显小于大、中管径。Objective： To study the effects of indwelling drain with different sizes in the treatment of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods： The clinical data for 179 patients with spontaneous pnemnothorax, indwelled drain by different sizes were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The effective rates of indwelling drain in the large, middle and small size groups were 91.8%, 88.8%, 61.0%, respectively. The incidence of complications for indwelling drain in the large size group was obviously higher than that in the middle and small size groups, and that in the middle size group higher than small size group（ P 〈 0.001）. But, the secondary indwelling drain in the small size group was higher than that in the large and middle size groups（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The indwelling drain with different sizes in the treatment of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax exists its own strong points. As the effect, the large and middle sizes are better than that of small size. The incidence of complications for indwelling drain for small size is markedly lower than that of large and middle sizes.
