摘  要:以丁基橡胶为粘弹性阻尼材料的主要原料,用模压法将其制成阻尼材料薄膜,再与环氧树脂玻璃布预浸料按固化曲线制成嵌入式共固化复合材料阻尼结构试件。用驻波管法研究其隔声性能,试验结果表明:嵌入较薄阻尼层会在几乎不改变构件刚度的情况下增大试件的阻尼,提高试件低频隔声性能。而嵌入阻尼层较厚时,其厚度的变化对隔声量的影响不明显,虽然试件的隔声性能有所提高,主要是由刚度和质量的改变引起。结论说明:通过提高嵌入式共固化复合材料阻尼层的厚度来提高构件隔声量的做法是不合适的。Using IIR rubber as the main material of visco-elastic damping component,the specimen of damping membrane was made by compressive molding.According to the cure curves,some specimens of embedded co-cured composite structure were made by using glass-fabric reinforced epoxy plies.Finally,standing-wave-tube method was used to study its sound insulation properties.Test results show that by adding a thin damping layer,damping of the specimen can be increased without obvious stiffness change,and the low-frequency sound insulation property is improved.When adding a thick damping layer,the property of sound insulation of the specimen is not sensitive to the change of the thickness of the damping layer.The increasing of sound insulation of the specimen is mainly due to the increase of the stiffness and the mass of the specimen.Therefore,it is inappropriate to improve the sound insulation property of the structure by increasing the thickness of the damping layer of the embedded co-cured composite damping structures.
