摘 要:为了提高制冷机房部分负荷下的运行效率,对主要参数影响制冷机房总功率的基本规律进行了研究。通过在TRNSYS软件上建立制冷机房仿真平台,以负荷率、冷冻水流量、冷冻水供水温度、冷却水流量和冷却水进水温度为参数,采用降维分析法,得到了五个参数影响制冷机房总功率的变化规律和影响程度的主次顺序。结果表明,不同参数对制冷机房总功率的影响程度不同,同一参数在不同其它参数条件下,其影响力将有所变化;不同工况下,均存在最佳冷冻水流量值和冷却水流量值使制冷机房总功率最小,且最佳流量值随工况条件而动态变化。In order to reduce the total energy consumption of chilled plant at part load,the main impact parameters and general laws were analyzed for an water-source chilled water plant in paper.Take cooling load,supply cooling water temperature,cooling water flow,chilled water flow and supply chilled water temperature as the main parameters that influent the energy consumption of chilled plant,then the primary and secondary order and the basic law of those parameters affect the total chilled water plant were obtained by experiments and decrease dimension analysis method.Results show the optimal chilled water flow and cooling water flow values that have total energy consumption minimum will dynamic change with cooling load and supply cooling water temperature change.
