摘　　要：当代大学生都意识到创新能力的重要性,基本上具有了主动培养创新能力的行动倾向,但主动作用发挥不够、投身实践的勇气和能力欠缺。针对这种特点,提出了＂一个中心、三个结合＂的大学生创新能力和创新思维方式的培养思路,逐渐形成独具特色的创新人才培养模式。Now undergraduates also already wake up to the significance of innovative ability,and process the action tendency of initiative cultivation,but shortcoming initiative and practicing ability.Aiming at the trait,the thinking manner of cultivation and exploration of innovative ability and of with ＂One center and three combinations＂ is put forward.Growing up a kind of unique innovative talents with ability of training manner should be done.
