摘 要:以11份辣椒品种作为试材,采用田间种群密度、叶片危害指数分级、单位面积叶绿素比值和螨量比值作为抗性指标评价了辣椒品种对侧多食跗线螨Polyphagotarsonemus latus(Banks)的抗性.结果表明:4种鉴定方法对侧多食跗线螨的鉴定结果总体趋势一致.叶片危害指数与螨量比值呈线性正相关(r=0.943**,y=0.191 7x+0.096 8),叶片危害指数法与螨量比值法鉴定结果吻合率达到72.7%.叶片危害指数法和螨量比值法可以作为评价辣椒品种对侧多食跗线螨抗性的2种方法.Four resistant indexes,mites number ration,field population density,grading based on index of leaf injury and chlorophyll content per unit area,were used to evaluate the resistance of peppers varieties to Polyphagotarsonemus latus(Banks).The results were a great extent similar.Index of leaf injury was significantly related to mites number ration(r=0.943**,y=0.191 7 x+0.096 8),the coincidence between identifying results of grading based on index of leaf injury and that of mites number ration was 72.7%.Both mites number ration and grading based on index of leaf injury could be used for the evaluation of pepper varieties for resistance to Polyphagotarsonemus latus(Banks).
