用BLUP法和主成分分析法估计夏南牛育种值的研究

摘　　要：用单性状动物模型BLUP法估计了夏南牛种公牛18月龄体高、体长、胸围、后腿围和管围5项体尺性状的育种值.在此基础上利用主成分分析法对种公牛5项体尺指标的综合育种值进行了排序.结果表明:213号公牛除胸围育种值不在前10位外,其余几项指标育种值均在前2位;104号公牛除体长育种值不在前10位外,其余几项指标育种值均在前2位;213,104,248号3头公牛各性状的育种值均排在前10位;综合育种值排名前10位的种公牛从大到小排名顺序为213,104,286,201,103,266,248,278,1516,0007.In this study,single trait animal model of best linear unbiased prediction（BLUP） was used to estimate the breeding value of 18-month body height,body length,heart girth,gam girth,cannon circumference in Xianan cattle.On this basis,breeding values of 5 body traits for 26 Xianan cattle were comprehensive evaluation.The result showed that the breeding value of number 213 arranged in the first or second at every trait except heart girth,the breeding value of number 104 arranged in the first or second at every trait except body length,the breeding value of number 213,104 and 248 arranged in top 10 at every traits.The comprehensive breeding value of bulls which were the top 10 is as followes：213,104,286,201,103,266,248,278,1516,0007.
