摘　　要：通过对Q370R钢制5000m3天然气球罐从参数设计、材料选型、结构设计、球片及附件制造以及球罐现场组装和焊接整个过程的介绍,具体说明了本项目中球罐的设计和建造技术,并介绍了球罐无损检测和热处理工艺。球罐交付使用后运行良好,保障了天然气的供给,提升了我国大型、高参数天然气球罐的设计和制造水平。Through introduction of 5 000 m3 natural gas spheric tank made of Q370R steel on different aspects, such as parameter design, material selection, structure design, spheric piece and accessory manufacture and the whole process of spheric tank field assembly and welding, design and manufacturing techniques of spheric tank used in this project are described in details, nondestructive inspection and heat treatment techniques for spheric tank are also introduced. After delivery, the spheric tank has favorable operation, not only insuring the supply of natural, but also improving the domestic design and manufacturing levels of large and high-parameter natural gas spheric tanks.
