污泥消化处理试验研究

摘　　要：针对长春市拟建设日处理能力为３９万ｍ３一级污水处理厂投产后产生的初沉池污泥进行可消化性的研究，旨在为北郊污水处理厂提供污泥消化处理设计和运行管理的必要基础资料。试验结果表明一级处理后产生的污泥可消化处理。消化后的污泥中重金属及其它有害物质含量均不超过《农用污泥中污染物控制标准》（ＧＢ４２８４—８４），可作为农业肥料。Abstract Sludge digestion experiment has been conducted on the primary sludge from the Changchun WTP whichWill be built with capacity of 390 thousand cubic meters per day to investigate the digestibility and to get information for design and operation of sludge digestion facility. The results is fair and approved that the contents of heavy metals andother hazard substances in the digested sludge is low to meet the requirement of the national standard of pollutants control of agricultural sludge (GB4284 84) . It will be best as.fertilizer.
