摘 要:研究了无烟煤-石英砂滤料接触氧化法除工业冷却水中锰、铁的工艺条件。滤料粒径05mm~10mm,滤床高800mm(无烟煤、石英砂滤料各400mm),滤速10m/h~12m/h,工作周期96h,反冲洗强度10L/(m2·s),反冲洗时间5min~7min,出水Mn2+浓度为004mg/L以下,去除率可达90%以上,总铁浓度为痕量。Abstract This paper focuses on the research of a process to remove manganese and iron from the industrial cooling water by contact oxidation process using natural filtering media of anthracite and quartzite. The operating parameters are: size of filTering maTerial 0.5 to 1.0 mm, filtering bed height 800mm, filtering speed 10 to 12 m/h, working cycle 96 hours, backwashing strength 13 L/(m 2·s) and backwashing time 5 to 7 min. In the treated water the residual Mn 2+ concentration is below 0.04mg/L with removal ratio up to 90% and the total Fe is trace level.
