健全大学生“村官”制度 加快新农村建设步伐——以天水市麦积区为例

摘　　要：天水市麦积区从2008年开始招聘大学生"村官"到村任职,这是解决农村缺少"领头雁"的重要举措。但大学生"村官"现状不容乐观,存在诸多问题,要加快完善各项制度,充分发挥大学生"村官"的优势,加快推进新农村建设步伐。It is from 2008,university graduates have been employed to villages as officials in Maiji District Tianshui City.This measure is very important for solving lack of headman in villages.At present,these officials aren＇ t in good situation.And many problems have appeared.So the regulations for this field should be completed quickly. And these village officials＇ superiority should be developed completely in order to promote development of building new countryside.
