优良玉米自交系丹T138配合力分析

摘　　要：以属于5个杂种优势群的24个常用玉米自交系为母本(P1),优良玉米自交系T138-1及其秭妹系T138-2为父本(P2),杂交获得了48个组合。分析了亲本自交系的一般配合力、杂交组合的特殊配合力和总配合力效应,主要结果表明:不同组合各性状配合力存在极显著差异。P1亲本,除出籽率GCA外,其他性状差异显著或极显著。P2亲本,生育期、株高、穗粗、行粒数、穗位、棒三叶面积GCA差异显著或极显著。P1与P2互作间的SCA方差除出籽率和小区产量差异未达显著水平外,其余10个性状的SCA差异均极显著。P1亲本各性状一般配合力差别很大,P2亲本T138-1出籽率一般配合力效应高于T138-2,其它性状GCA值均低于T138-2。穗位高、穗长、穗行数、行粒数、秃尖、百粒重、出籽率SCA值与其性状均值之间达到了正的极显著或显著相关,受环境影响较大。各性状总配合力效应与实际田间表现基本一致,生育期、株高、穗位高、棒三叶面积、穗长、穗粗、行粒数、百粒重总配合力效应与小区产量正相关。In this study,48 crossing combinations were made on 24 widely used inbreds of 5 heteotic groups as female parents and the elite maize inbred T138-1（P1）and its sister line T138-2（P2）as male parents.The general combining ability（GCA） of the parent lines,special combining ability（SCA）of the crossing combinations and the total combining ability（TCA） were analized.Heterosis analysis and the cluster analysis were studied in the paper The major results are as follows： Analysis of variance on agriculture characters combining ability indicate that there are significant differences of the combining ability of the hybrid crosses for different characters.Except the kernel rate,the variances of the other traits for parent P1 are siginificant at the level of 5% or 1%.The variances of GCA of growth period,plant height,ear diameter,row grains,ear height,and three-ear-leaf area are siginificant at the 5% or 1% level.The variances on cross effect of P1and P2 SCA of kernel rate and yield per plot are not significant,and the SCA variances of of the other 10 traits are all significant at 1% level.There are significant differences of GCA on the traits of P1 parent.Between P2 parents,the GCA on kenerl rate of T138-1 is higher than T138-2,and GCA on the other traits of T138-1 are lower than T138-2.The SCA of ear height,ear length,ear rows,row grains,bare tip length,100-kernel weight and kernel rate are different at a significant level of 1% or 5% from the average of the traits,and they are mostly influenced by the eviroment.The TCA of different characters are almost consistent with the performance of the traits in field.
