金融危机背景下农村非政府组织发展问题及对策

摘　　要：国际金融危机爆发以来,国际经济形势的恶化对我国经济、政治及社会体制诸项改革提出了新的挑战和机遇,这对于当前我国社会主义新农村建设十分不利,而作为加快新农村建设的一个关键所在的农村非政府组织,其面临着新的发展问题和难题。我国农村非政府组织还明显处于发展过程中的较低层次,应对市场风险的能力还很有限,存在着巨大的改善、提高余地。文章通过对我国农村非政府组织面临的发展问题作出判断和分析,提出了现阶段推进我国农村非政府组织发展的对策。Since the eruption of international financial crisis,world economic deterioration has been a challenge for China＇s economic,politic and social systems,which is harmful to the building of a new socialist countryside.The rural non-governmental organization,as a key for building a new socialist countryside,is also faced with a lot of development problems and difficulties.Rural non-governmental organizations are now still in the low developing level,whose ability to deal with the market risk is also very limited and needs to been improved.Based on the analysis of the developing problems of rural non-governmental organizations,this article proposes countermeasures for developing rural non-governmental organizations.
