摘　　要：大学生党员是当代青年的优秀群体。推进大学生党员教育工作创新,是事关党建工程全局和发展战略的一项重大而紧迫的任务。当前,大学生预备党员教育工作仍存在"松口气"、顶岗实习阶段难以教育与管理等现实问题,对此,需要以创新的精神、务实的态度,通过综合考察、岗位锻炼和多方评价等方式,健全相关教育管理机制。College student CPC Party member is the excellent group of contemporary youth,promote the innovation in education of college student Party member is an important and urgent task which related to Party building project and development strategies.At present,in the education of college student probationary Party member,it still exist some practical problems such as ＂relax＂,hard to educate and manage during practice period etc.,so,it should take the innovative spirit and the pragmatic attitude to complete relevant education management mechanism through the comprehensive inspect,post practice and the multi-evaluation.
