摘 要:在表面张力作用下的平行平板下填充流动中,通常采用Washburn模型预测下填充流动特性.但由于Washburn模型是建立在牛顿流体假设的基础上,无法反映具有非牛顿流体特性的流动特征.针对Washburn模型存在的不足,在此研究中,对具有幂函数本构方程特征的非牛顿流体,提出了一个新的表面张力作用下的平行平板流动的解析分析模型.实验结果表明,此研究所提出的表面张力作用下的平行平板下填充流动解析分析模型,对具有幂函数本构方程特征的非牛顿流体,可给出很好的流动预测结果.In the underfill flow between two parallel plates driven by surface tension the Washburn model is often used to predict the flow characteristics. However for the underfill fluid showing Non-Newtonian behaviour, the Washburn model can not give a real prediction as the Washburn model was developed on the assumption of Newtonian fluid. In this study, an analytical model suitable for the Non-Newtonian fluid described with powerlaw constitutive equation is proposed. The experimental measurements show that the proposed analytical model can give good predictions of underfill flow between two parallel plates driven by surface tension for the fluid behaviour with power-law constitutive equation.
