摘  要:对广州地区某办公建筑的逐时空调负荷进行了模拟计算,研究了玻璃遮阳性能对建筑空调能耗的影响机理.结果表明:通过减小玻璃近红外透射率可有效降低玻璃遮阳系数和空调能耗而不影响建筑自然采光.以3 mm白玻对应的建筑能耗作为基准能耗,当采用可见光透射率为0.6、近红外透射率分别为0.8和0.2的玻璃时,其空调平均节能率分别为6%和18%;当采用近红外透射率为0的理想玻璃,其空调平均节能率可达24%.文章对玻璃遮阳性能影响建筑能耗机理的研究结果可为建筑玻璃性能优化和建筑空调节能设计提供理论指导.The hourly air conditioning energy consumption of an office building in Guangzhou was computed. Based on the computational results, the effect mechanism of the glass sun-shading on the air conditioning energy consumption was analyzed. The results showed that the glass sun-shading coefficient and the air conditioning energy consumption could be efficiently decreased by reducing the inferred transmission rate of the glass. Moreo- ver, the natural lighting of the building was not degraded. Compared to the air conditioning energy consumption of the building, the energy saving coefficients were 6% and 18%, respectively, by using the glass with the inferred transmission coefficients of 0.8 and 0.2 as the visual light transmission rate of the glass was 0.6. The energy saving coefficient was up to 24% if the ideal glass with inferred transmission rate of 0 was used. The study on the effect mechanism of the glass sun-shading properties on the air conditioning energy consumption could provide guidance to optimize the sun-shading performance of the building glass and reduce the air conditioning energy consumption of the buildings.
