摘 要:以计算流体力学软件Fluent 6.1为平台,对不同内部结构和运行条件的交错排列纤维过滤器模型进行数值计算,基于响应曲面法并利用统计软件Minitab,对数值计算次数进行优化,并拟合出有关交错排列纤维过滤器性能的二次项预测模型.预测模型分析结果表明:纤维间的横向距离、纵向距离,纤维直径和迎面风速对交错排列纤维过滤器性能有不同程度的影响,对预测结果优化之后得出,无因次化横向距离、纵向距离,纤维直径和迎面风速分别为0.155,0.120,0.070,4.787时,可获得99.4%的过滤效率和42.228 Pa的阻力,这种高效低阻的复合合意性为0.967.Numerical solutions of the fabric filter with staggered configurations were carried out using commercial code Fluent 6. 1, and two second-order prediction models of the filtration performance were obtained based on response surface methodology by means of the statistical software Minitab. The results indicate that the horizontal distance, the vertical distance, the diameter of fiber and the face velocity play different roles in influencing the performances of the staggered fabric filters, and the non-dimensional quantities of the horizontal distance, the vertical distance, the fiber diameter, and Reynolds number are 0. 155, 0 120, 0. 070, and 4. 787, respectively, the filtration efficiency carl be achieved at 99.4% , while the pressure drop can be maintained at 42. 228 Pa. Furthermore, a satisfactory composite desirability of 0. 967 can be obtained at this filtration per- formance.
