摘　　要：介绍我国的环境标准结构体系,归纳总结我国环境保护法规的特点及发展趋势,分析我国地方污染物排放标准的现状。针对绿色舰船的设计要求,建议修订我国海洋环境保护法规、标准以及其他相关的法规和标准,以更好地保护海洋环境。Te environment protection standard system of our country was introduced.This paper summarized the characteristics and development trends of the laws and regulations for prevention of sea pollution in our country,analyzed the status of pollution discharging in the regional areas.Aiming at the request for green ships designing,the authors suggest that the marine environment systems of our country and other correlative statute or criterions should be emended to fulfill the needs of ship development.
