摘　　要：本文对构建一个基于在线手写批注技术的编务系统做出研究。以手写批注技术和ActiveX控件技术为基础,可以实现在线手写文档。同时还对编务工作中所关心的功能实现做了一定讨论。The subject makes research on buiding a Web Edit System based on on-line handwriting annotation. Based on the technique of handwriting annotation and ActiveX controls, on-line handwriting documents can be realized. At the same time, it also discusses on function realization which the edit pays attention to.
