摘　　要：高校图书馆应通过加强采访工作、合理配置馆藏结构等科学手段,挖掘内在潜能,从开展定题服务、完善检索体系、深层次开发期刊信息资源、建立特色资源数据库、开展信息咨询服务研究、创建资源导航系统等方面,论述了实现对期刊信息资源的有效管理的措施与手段。University Library should be interviewed by strengthening the work of the structure of the rational allocation of collections of scientific instruments, mining the inherent potential of SDI from the conduct, improve the retrieval system, Journal of deep-seated development of information resources, the establishment of special resources database, information consulting services to carry out research, create resources navigation systems, discusses the realization of the Journal of the effective management of information resources and means of the measures.
