摘　　要：随着电子信息技术的发展,图书馆馆藏文献结构和服务方式发生了很大变化,文献数字化已经成为现今许多图书馆的选择。但图书馆在享受着更完善的保存文献、更方便快捷的提供服务的同时,文献数字化带来的著作权侵权也越来越成为困扰各图书馆建设的关键问题。本文试图以著作权为视角,对图书馆文献数字化过程中出现的问题进行分析,找到保护图书馆文献数字化的法律路径。With the rapid development of electronic information technology, the collection composition of library and the way of service are continuously changing, including digitization of literatures, which have been used in many libraries nowadays.However, while the libraries are enjoying the service in many aspects, e.g.preserving literatures, in a more perfect and rapid way, the libraries are puzzling about the copyright law pirating brought by digitization, which is becoming a major concern for the construction of the libraries.From the perspective of copyright law, the author analyzes the existing problems occurred during the literature digitization of the libraries, trying to find a legal way to protect the literature digitization of libraries.
