国产124种梨果袋特性及价格分析

摘　　要：以6个省19家企业生产的124种梨果袋为研究材料,对各种纸袋特性、规格、各层纸厚度和纸重、透光率及单价等进行了系统测定和调查。结果表明:82%的梨果袋透光率<10%,梨果袋的总厚度集中在0.05～0.19mm;37%的梨果袋外袋纸重在45～60g/m2;单价在1.3～10.0分/只;其中D厂生产的黄金梨和水晶梨专用果袋外袋纸重超过了55g/m2。梨果袋标准以规格与果个匹配、袋口一侧有软铁丝固定、透光率<10%、外袋纸重35～45g/m2为宜。A total of 124 kinds of pear-bags were collected from 19 companies in six provinces,and their light transmittance,thickness,weight and unit price were investigated.The light transmittance of 82% of the selected pear-bags was lower than 10%.The paper thickness varied between 0.05 and 0.19 mm.The weight of 37% of the selected pear bags was 45-60 g/m2,and the bags for Huangjin pear and Shuijin pear produced by D company was heavier than 55 g/m2.The unit price was 1.3 to 10.0 cents.Therefore,the suitable bags should be in the right size of pear fruit.Soft iron wire should be used on one side of the bag for fixation.The light transmittance should be lower than 10%.The unit weight should be 35-45 g/m2
