摘 要:[目的]探讨不同热习服处理两性小鼠的热耐受性。[方法]分别随机将两性小鼠分为3个试验组(32、37和42℃)和1个对照组(22℃),然后在45℃下测定小鼠的耐热时间。[结果]耐热时间随习服天数的增加而延长,耐热期间的失重率随习服天数的增加而减少;小鼠体重与耐热时间没有显著相关性。[结论]相对高温习服能提高小鼠对更高温度的抵御能力,但习服时间不是越长越好。[Objective]To study the heat hardiness of sexes mice treated by different heat adaptation.[Method]The sexes mice were respectively divided randomly into four groups treated by different heat adaptive temperature including 32,37,42 and 22 ℃,then the time of heat tolerance was tested at 45 ℃.[Results]The time of heat tolerance were prolonged with the increase of heat adaptation day,and the weight loss rate during heat tolerance decreased,and body weight was not correlative with the time of heat tolerance.[Conclusion]The higher temperature could improve resisting ability for much higher temperature,but it is not proved that the longer the time of heat adaptation is the better.
