摘 要:利用Fenton试剂预处理有机磷农药废水,通过单因素和正交试验,考察H2O2投加量、[Fe2+]/[H2O2]、初始pH值、反应时间等因素对废水COD去除率的影响。结果表明,Fenton试剂预处理甲胺磷模拟废水的反应符合一级反应模型,优化条件为H2O2投加量为9/5理论投加量,[Fe2+]/[H2O2](摩尔浓度比)=1∶3,pH=4,反应时间为40min。此条件下,废水COD去除率可达88.1%。The phosphate pesticide waste water was pretreated with Fenton agent and the influences of factors including input amount of H2O2, [Fe2+]/[H2O2],initial pH value,reaction time on the removal rate of COD from waste water were investigated through single factor experiments and orthogonal test.The results showed that the reaction in pretreatment of methamidophos-simulated waste water with Fenton agent accorded with first-order reaction model; the optimized condition was as follows:the input amount of H2O2 was 9/5 theoretical input amount,the molarity ratio of [Fe2 +]/[H2O2]was 1∶3,the pH value was 4 and the reaction time was 40 min; under this condition,the removal rate of COD from waste water could reach 88.1% .
