扁桃萌芽期枝条大量矿质营养元素的分析

摘  要:[目的]探讨扁桃矿质营养生理代谢的基本规律,为生产实践中科学管理、配方施肥提供理论依据。[方法]以晋扁1号、晋扁2号2个扁桃品种为试材,以普通桃大久保为对照,研究了扁桃萌芽期枝条大量矿质营养元素(K、Ca、Mg)的含量。[结果]萌芽期扁桃枝条内大量矿质营养元素与普通桃大久保的含量存在不同程度的差异,K、Mg含量较普通桃含量高,有的达到极显著水平;而Ca含量则较普通桃含量低。说明不同树种、不同品种其树体萌芽期基础水平不同。[结论]研究结果为扁桃生育期管理实践中配方施肥提供了一定的理论依据。[Objective]The theoretic reference for the scientific management and fertilization based on the soil-testing prescription fertilization was provided through the research on the basic principle of physiologic metabolism of the macro-mineral nutrient of almond(A.communis L) .[Method]The content of the macro-mineral element(K,Ca and Mg) in the branch of the almond variety:Jinbian No.1,Jinbian No.2 and the CK:peach-Dajiubao) in generation period was analyzed.[Results]There was a difference in the content of K,Ca and Mg in the branch of almond between the almond and CK; the content of K and Mg in the branch of almond was higher than that in CK(P〈0.05) and the content of Ca in the branch of Almonds was lower than that in CK.The results showed that there were the various basic levels in the sprouting period of different species and varieties.[Conclusion]The theoretic reference for the prescription fertilization in almond growth and development was provided through the experiment.
