重庆地区新推广的几个草坪草种的抗旱性比较

摘　　要：[目的]对重庆地区新推广的6个草坪草种进行抗旱性比较。[方法]对试验组进行干旱胁迫处理后,每3d记录草坪外观质量,并参照NTEP9分制评价法分别评定试验组和对照组草坪外观质量。同时自干旱胁迫开始后,每3d对草种的叶片相对含水量、叶片细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量3项生理指标进行测定。[结果]6个试验草种的抗旱能力排序为马蹄金>肯塔基早熟禾>红三叶>高羊茅>紫花苜蓿>白三叶,马蹄金和肯塔基早熟禾是适宜在重庆地区生长的草种,白三叶不适合种植在重庆地区。[结论]该试验为重庆地区建设抗旱性草坪选择草种提供了理论依据和参考。[Objective]The resistance of 6 lawn varieties to drought was compared.[Method]The external quality of the lawns was recorded for once a three-day after the treatment of the drought and then the external quality of both the treatment and CK was evaluated according to the standard of NTEP9.The content of moisture,the membrane permeability and the content of MDA in leaf were measured for once a three-day after the treatment of the drought.[Result]The order of the resistance of the grass varieties to drought was the Horseshoe of gold〉Kentucky bluegrass〉red clover〉tall fescue〉Alfalfa〉white clover; the grass variety：the Horseshoe of gold and Kentucky bluegrass,was suitable for their growth in Chongqing region and white clover was not good for its growth in the region.[Conclusion]The theoretical basis and reference for the selection of lawn variety in the Chongqing region was provided through the experimental.
