摘 要:[目的]确定厨余垃圾厌氧发酵产酸的最佳条件。[方法]在适当的垃圾粒径、固含率和C/N条件下,运用3因素3水平L9(33)正交试验设计的方法,研究了接种比例、pH值和温度对于厨余垃圾厌氧发酵产酸的影响。[结果]当温度为37℃,pH值为6,接种比例为4∶1时,厨余垃圾厌氧发酵所产乙酸和VFA在第5天达到最大值,分别为11.87g/L和17.36g/L;COD去除量和去除率达到最大值,分别为23606mg/L和43.8%。[结论]厨余垃圾厌氧发酵产酸的最佳工艺条件为:接种比例为4∶1、pH值为6、温度为37℃。各因素影响大小的次序为:温度>pH值>接种比例。[Objective]The best condition of the acid produced from the fermentation of the kitchen garbage was determined.[Method]Under the appropriate condition of waste particle size,concentration of solid material and ratio of C/N the effect of the amount of inoculation,pH value and temperature on the acid produced from the anaerobic fermentation of the kitchen garbage was researched with the method L9(33) orthogonal experimental design with 3 factors and 3 levels.[Results]When the temperature was 37℃,the pH value was 6,the inoculated ratio was 4∶1,the maximum value of acetic acid and VFA from the anaerobic fermentation of the kitchen waste appeared on the 5th day,with 11.87 g/L and 17.36 g/L,respectively.And also,the amount and ratio of COD removal reached peak,with 23 606 mg/L and 43.8% ,respectively.[Conclusion]The optimum condition of the fermentation of kitchen garbage for acid formation was the inoculation ratio was 4∶1; the pH value,6 and the temperature,37 ℃.The order of factors affecting the result was the temperature〉pH value〉inoculation ratio.
