成都平原农村富余劳动力转移问题探讨——基于彭州市葛仙山镇熙玉村实证分析

摘　　要：在成都市统筹城乡发展的新形势下,富余劳动力的就业和转移问题已经成为当前面临的一个重大的社会问题。通过对四川省彭州市葛仙山镇熙玉村的实地调查,运用劳均耕地法和产值吸纳法对熙玉村富余劳动力和非农产业吸纳能力进行测算,归纳出富余劳动力转移模式,并提出转移建议。Under the new situation of coordinating urban-rural development of Chengdu, the problem of the employment and transfer of surplus labor force has become a major social problem. Based on the field survey of Xiyu Village of Gexianshan Town in Pengzhou City,the surplus la- bor force and the absorptive capacity of non-agricultural industries in Xiyu Village were estimated by using per capita cultivated area required method and value-absorb method. And some transfer proposals were put forward.
