摘　　要：农民是社会主义新农村建设的主体,当前新农村建设能否取得成功,关键在于能否尽快培育出有文化、懂技术、会经营、善管理的新型农民,充分发挥农民的积极性。以甘肃和江苏2省为例,就我国东西部地区新型农民培育进行了对比分析,揭示了甘肃省在新型农民培育方面存在的问题,进而从新农村建设的角度提出了甘肃省新时期进一步培育新型农民的有效途径。Farmers are the main bodies of building new socialist countryside. Thesuccess of current new rural construction lies in the feasibili- ty of cultivating new farmers with culture, technology, business skills, good management experience and full playing the enthusiasm of farmers. Taking Gansu and Jiangsu as examples, the cultivation of new farmers between East China and West China was compared. The existing prob- lems in the cultivation of new farmers in Gansu Province were revealed. And the effective way to further cultivate new farmers in Gansu Prov- ince in new period was proposed from the aspect of new rural construction.
