基于Modelica的火花点火沼气发动机参数分析

摘  要:沼气由于其成分及理化特性使得发动机燃用沼气时会发生燃烧速度慢、后燃严重、排气温度高等问题。将沼气发动机及其性能参数分析作为研究对象,基于可重用性及面向对象的Modelica语言建立了沼气发动机模型库,通过仿真研究压缩比、点火提前角及燃烧持续期等参数对沼气发动机性能的影响,对沼气发动机运行参数进行优化。结果表明,通过提高压缩比可改善沼气发动机的动力性,点火提前角取为10°CA,最佳燃烧持续角为40°CA左右可提高沼气发动机性能。基于可重用性及面向对象的建模语言Modelica,不仅将大大提高沼气发动机建模及仿真效率,也将有效改进沼气发动机理论设计及参数优化。Since the physical and chemical characteristics of biogas,some problems such as slow combustion speed,uncompleted burned fuel and high exhaust temperature will occur in its applications in engine.The biogas engine and its performance parameters analysis were regarded as research object,the biogas engine model library was built based on the object-oriented language Modelica.The effect of compression ratio, ignition advance angle and the combustion duration on the performance of biogas engine was analyzed through simulation study.The optimization of operating parameters and design parameters of biogas engine was performed.The results showed that the gas engine power can be improved by increasing compression ratio,the ignition advance angle was taken as 10 ° CA,the best angle of combustion duration was about 40 °CA.The feature of reusable and object-oriented of Modelica will enhance the modeling and simulation of biogas engine performance greatly not only in accuracy but simulation efficiency,this would be efficient for the theoretical design and the optimum work of the biogas fuelled engine.
