化浊导滞、活血化瘀法治疗肥胖型糖尿病眼底出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察化浊导滞、活血化瘀法治疗肥胖型糖尿病眼底出血的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为2组。两组均给予基础治疗,治疗组配合化浊导滞、活血化瘀法。观察两组治疗前后各种指标的变化。结果两组治疗前后视力及眼底恢复情况经统计学处理,治疗组显效率36.66%,有效率93.33%;对照组则分别为20.00%,70.00%,通过χ2检验,两组比较有显著意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组BMI、FBG均有下降,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组BMI治疗后较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组FINS治疗后显著下降、优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后比较差异无显著性。治疗组治疗前后TC、TG均有显著下降(P<0.01);对照组治疗前后TG、TC下降均不明显。治疗后两组TC、TG比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组糖化血红蛋白显著下降,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论化浊导滞、活血化瘀法能明显改善眼底、保护视力和促进出血及渗出物的吸收;减轻体重,降低体重指数,改善糖、脂代谢紊乱,并能显著增加胰岛素敏感性,其疗效明显优于对照组。Objective To observe the clinical curative effects on treating obese diabetes eyeground hemorrhage by the method of regulating blood circulation to relieve blood stagnation.Methods 120 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly,given fundamental treatment,the experimental group treated with the method of regulating blood circulation to relieve blood stagnation,the index change of the two groups before-treatent and after-treatment were observed.Results The restoring condition of the vision and the eyeground of the two groups was processed by statistics,the evidently efficient rate of the treated group was 36.66%,the effectiveness 93.33%;the data of the matched group was 20.00% and 70.00% respectively.Compared with the two groups through chi-square test,there were statistically significant P〈0.05.After treatment,BMI,FBG of the two group had decreased.Compared with that before-treatment,the difference had the evident significance（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）;the BMI of the treated group,compared with the matched group,decreased obviously （P〈0.05）.After the treatment,FINS of the treated group remarkably dropped,surpassing the control group （P〈0.05）;the comparative difference of the matched group hadn＇t the significance before and after treatment.After the treatment,TC,TG of the treated group remarkably decreased （P0.01）;the decreasement of TG,TC of the matched group was not obvious.About TC and TG comparison of two groups,the difference had evident significance （P〈0.05）.The saccharified hemoglobin of the treated group remarkably decreased,which surpasses the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion It obviously improves the eyeground protection vision and promotes hemorrhage and absorption of the exudation to cure obese diabetes eyeground hemorrhage with the method of regulating blood circulation to relieve blood stagnation;Also,it reduces the body weight,decreases the body weight index,improves metabolism disorder of sugar and fat,and obviously increases the sensitivity of insulin,its curativ
