摘　　要：失地农民自组织化是失地农民为了维护自身在征地中的利益而自发建立起护地组织的过程,这是集体自治背景下农民政治参与和意识觉醒的结果,是通过压力集团的方式影响政府决策的有效途径,也是当前失地农民实现自身利益最大化的唯一出路。但当前也存在着功能异化、目标不清、结构不完善、缺乏制度保护及司法救济、与村民委员会的关系不明等问题。建议从改善组织环境、完善组织结构、健全司法救济、理顺与村民委员会的关系等措施入手,改善失地农民自组织化。The self-organization of land-lost peasants is an organization that land-lost peasants establish to protect their interests in the land expropriation.This is the outcome of peasants′ political participation and awaking of consciousness in the background of self-governance among villagers and is an effective path of influencing government′s decision-making through pressure group and is the only way to achieve their maximum interest.But there are some problems,including function disassimilation,unclear objective and inadequate organizational structure,lack of legal protection and judicial relief and not well defined relationship with village committees and so on.In the light of these problems,we offer several measures： improving organizational environment and structure,strengthening judicial relief and well defining the relationship with village committees etc..
