摘　　要：介绍了电力通信资源管理系统和GE SmallWorld的主要特点,结合SmallWorld在杭州市供电公司电力通信资源管理系统项目中的应用情况以及相应的具体实现,给出了系统总体解决的思路,并考虑到了与其他系统的接口;同时还给出了实现的方法和相应的代码。This paper introduces the main characteristic of power communication resource management system and the GIS platform of GE SmallWorld.Based on the GE SmallWorld used in the project of power communication resource management system in Hangzhou Power Supply Bureau,it put forward the overall program of the system with the consideration of the interfaces with other systems.The method and corresponding code are also proposed in the paper.
