摘　　要：目的探讨吞咽功能紊乱的X线检查影像表现及影像诊断价值。方法对78例有咽部临床症状的患者进行吞钡X线检查，采用不同体位透视下动态观察咽喉部并点片。结果78例患者都有吞咽迟缓、不对称性吞咽、咽滞留及钡剂漏溢等特征性X线表现。结论吞咽功能紊乱X线钡餐检查有独特的影像表现，具有临床诊断和鉴别诊断价值。Objective To discuss the swallowing disorder X - ray examination and imaging diagnostic value image. Methods The clin- ical symptoms,78 cases have pharyngeal with barium swallow, using X -ray examination under different postures perspective and dynamic observations throat. Results 78 patients are swallowing, asymmetry, pharynx and barium swallow leakage overflowing characteristic X -ray etc. Conclusion The swallowing disorders BeiCan X - ray examination has unique image performance, clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis value.
