AP、T、C、T/C及平衡能力对高脚竞速运动选材和训练的影响

摘　　要：选取我国优秀高脚竞速运动员与一般水平运动员各12名,测试运动前后的AP、T、C、T/C值及机体的平衡能力.结果显示:运动前后优秀组运动员AP、血清T、T/C值、平衡能力指标均高于一般水平组,且安静时最大无氧能力、功率递减率、平衡能力均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);运动后即刻两组运动员体内血清T均出现非常显著性升高(P<0.01);而运动前后优秀组血清C低于一般组,运动后即刻优秀组、一般组分别出现显著性、非常显著性升高.说明AP、平衡能力、血清C可作为高脚竞速运动员科学选材的指标,T/C值可结合血清T、C对高脚竞速运动员选材过程具有一定的指导意义,对运动训练的评价与监控有非常重要的意义.12 samples were selected from excellent and general level elite stilts respectively.Their AP,T,C,T/C in serum and the balance ability were measured before and after exercises.Results show that the value of AP,serum T,T/C,and balance ability of elite athletes are higher than the general level ones both before and after exercise,and a significant difference（P0.05） between the two groups in maximum anaerobic capacity,power decreasing rate,and balance ability at rest state exists.The T in serum increases greatly（P0.01） in both groups immediately after exercises,while the level of C in serum of the elite group is lower than the general group before and after exercise.Results indicate that AP,balance ability,serum C can be used as indicators in choosing stilts athletes.The T/C value and serum T,C can guide stilts racing sports athletes＇ selection as well as evaluate and monitor sports training.
