田径精品课程教学中学生能力的培养

摘　　要：根据学院"为学生成功奠定基础,为地方发展提供支撑"的办学宗旨和田径课程的特点,基于为农村中小学培养善于因地制宜的组织,指导田径教学、田径业余训练和以小型田径运动会的高素质、应用型体育师资的目标而制定方案,重点培养学生的教学能力(编制教案、讲授、组织教学、技术评价及纠错等)、社会实践能力(竞赛组织能力、裁判能力、业余训练能力等)及科研能力.实践表明,培养方案的实施使学生的上述能力都得到极大提高,在就业竞争中凸显素质优势.A scheme to training PE students with high quality for organizing and instructing the track and field teaching,amateur athletics training,and small athletic meeting in local rural primary and secondary schools was designed and executed based on the mission of ＂lay the foundation for the students＇ success,support for local development＂ and the characteristics of track and field course.It＇s focused on： teaching skills（preparation of lesson plans,teaching,organization of teaching,technology assessment and correction,etc.）,the practical capacity（organization skills in competition,refereeing skills,amateur training skills,etc.） and research capabilities.The above capabilities are improved greatly after the implementation of the program,and its make the students have an advantage in the competition of job market.
